Ship within the Continental U.S. from 25
conveniently located warehouses. Occasionally, we
may decide to ship from a warehouse outside of your
region due to product availability. In this case,
there may be additional shipping charges.

Most orders over $250
usually leave the warehouse
within 2-5 business days.
Orders under $250 usually
leave the warehouse within

The Shopping Cart will not calculate an order or a
product that exceeds the UPS/FedEx Standard Ground
Shipping Guidelines. We Will contact you with a
shipping quote if necessary. We do not ship
Janitorial Supplies via Express or USPS.

Return Policy |
| We will accept returns
with an authorization ONLY,
if merchandise is NEW and
returned within 10 days of
order date. There is a 25%
restocking charge on all
returns for orders over $150
and $25 restocking charge
for orders below $150.
Please do NOT return
merchandise without
authorization, your
merchandise will be lost and
credit cannot be issued. In
addition, your unauthorized
return order may be refused
by the warehouse and
returned to you. If you
refuse and order, there will
be a restocking charge as
outlined above in addition
to round trip shipping
charges. If you would like
to cancel an order, please
call us immediately for a
cancellation ID Once an
order process has begun,
cancellation will be
regarded as a return and all
return policies will apply.
Please do not E-mail
cancellation requests a
cancellation transaction ID
is required. Your return
must contain the return
authorization number or
cancellation ID taped to the
outside of the carton or it
may be refused or lost.
There is no minimum order
requirement. However, we
cannot accept returns on
orders $50 or less (not
including
shipping/handling). All
sales $50 or less are Final. |
